Vagablogging.net in TIME Magazine

This blog (and my book Vagabonding) got a nice mention in both Time Europe and Time Asia this week, thanks to Graham Holliday’s article “Web of Knowledge“, which is a roundup of some of the best travel blogs online.

“Vagablogging.net is a website created by Rolf Potts,” the article states, “a renowned shoestring traveler whose 2003 book, Vagabonding: An Uncommon Guide to the Art of Long-Term World Travel, is a crucial reference for any budget wanderer. He started his companion blog the same year and provides almost daily updates from wherever he is (at press time, it was Paris).”

Also mentioned in Holliday’s Time roundup are Dan Washburn’s Shanghai Diaries, Erik Gauger’s Notes From the Road, Paul Talling’s Derelict London, and GridSkipper.com.
