Lots of good info in the slide show, and a friend who uses his Citibank AA credit card has laready taken trips to Hawaii and New Zealand/Austraila. One method in this vein was not mentioned: debit cards. I have a Citibank debit card. I pay $65 per year for a dollar per mile exchange, and have already earned a trip to Prague and have enough miles for another.
