Moleskine’s City Notebooks

Italian notebook maker Modo & Modo – famous for their legendary black Moleskine (pronounced “mol-a-skeen-a”) used by “artists and thinkers from the past two centuries, from Van Gogh to Picasso, from Ernest Hemingway to Bruce Chatwin” – are debuting a new addition to their lineup this fall.

Dubbed “City Notebook” – “the first guidebook you write yourself” — is part guidebook, part journal, featuring regional and zone maps of a particular city, along with plenty of blank sheets to fill with whatever bits of information or anecdotes collected on your trip.

Major European cities are due this fall, with the United States and Canada following in the Spring of 2007.
