Help update the “Vagabonding” resource links

vgb2nd.jpgVagabonders, unite! We need your help.

Rolf’s book, Vagabonding: An Uncommon Guide to the Art of Long-Term World Travel, will be going into a second edition within the year, complete with a fully updated resources section. But a lot has changed since the first edition made its debut; in particular the Internet is a different place. Therefore, we need your help tracking down the very best books, links and online resources to include in the next edition. Over the next 10 weeks, we’re going to be posting roughly one chapter each Monday, and asking you to contribute any links or resources you feel are missing or need updating. The 10th and last week will be a free-for-all, where you can submit any travel links that don’t fit into one of the categories, yet are beneficial to future readers of Vagabonding.

The resources are broken up into chapters, which are further broken down into subcategories. Below you’ll find each of the subcategories, along with the date of when we’ll be soliciting requests for each chapter. We’ll be starting with Chapter 2 a week from today.

At the end of the 10 weeks, we’ll sift through your submissions and pick the best of the best. With your help, the new edition will be as up-to-date and relevant as possible, and will continue to help future readers on their own vagabonding journey.

I’m glad there is a second edition because I wasn’t able to find this book in any bookshop in Ireland.

Zoomandgo.com would be a great resource
for a majority of those chapters.

    Great blog by the way!
