Compulsive Travel TV: great videos and contest

I came across Compulsive Travel TV today as I was looking for some good travel videos and didn’t want to visit YouTube. I’ve been hooked to the site for the last hour – the videos are great!

You will find a series of short travel clips and documentaries from all over the world, sorted in a variety of categories. I particularly got hooked to the ‘Adventure-India’ section, check this one out to get a flavor of what I’m talking about.

They also have a contest running to select the best videos that will be featured in a Compulsive Traveler TV show.

This may be your chance to do a travel documentary that will be aired on national television!
Rules are fairly straightforward:

Submitted videos will be shortlisted to top 50 by a panel of film and travel professionals. 9 winners from the top 50 will be selected by viewers votes and will air in Spring 2008.

Deadline to submit videos: December 31, 2007.

Here are full contest details.
