If you&#039;d like to just camp in the wilderness, in a park, or off-road, not in the middle of downtown Santa Barbara, then you are like me.  I can&#039;t stand organized campgrounds with little water hookups and a thousand noisy neighbors toasting s&#039;mores, when I can be camping in the desert miles from anyone else.  But the jail, I admit, is probably nice and cheap.</description>

		<description>You are absolutely right. Who needs those campgrounds.Just throw down your tent wherever you want. Did the same in Santa Barbara, CA once. BTW , the have really clean jails. And its free.</description>
