If you’d like to just camp in the wilderness, in a park, or off-road, not in the middle of downtown Santa Barbara, then you are like me. I can’t stand organized campgrounds with little water hookups and a thousand noisy neighbors toasting s’mores, when I can be camping in the desert miles from anyone else. But the jail, I admit, is probably nice and cheap.
